Founder and Chief Activist Sam Unglo briefly garnered national media attention when, as the executor of his brother’s estate, he took on the Pittsburgh Diocese, using a statute of the Good Samaritan law to hold them responsible for Michael’s death. Since then, Sam has continued to raise awareness and advocate on behalf of child sex victims across a number of platforms.
He was notably a keynote speaker at the national conference of SNAP (Survivors Network of Those Abused by Priests). Additionally, he has spoken at regional meetings from Georgia to Pennsylvania.
